Furniture shopping can be an overwhelming task. There are so many options to look at, so many stores to visit, and there’s never a shortage of sales people willing to help you. My experience with Ashley in Cary was wonderful. Daniel S. was our sales associate and he knew the right balance between helping us out and giving us space. He checked up on us after a while and we had found the furniture we wanted. Daniel took the time to explain all the benefits and the features and make it a simple decision for us. I highly recommend this location and if you can be Fortunate enough to have Daniel as your sales associate, you’ll have a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Mayra. She was very kind, patient, and made sure we found exactly the bedroom furniture we wanted while also helping us get some great discounts. She even gave my son a squishy toy, which made his day! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Mayra if you visit.

My experience at Ashley‘s furniture today was amazing Dan. I really appreciate his honesty. I appreciated his time, his effort, his sincerity. He was a real great sales representative . He didn’t try to harass me to buy anything, he waited patiently. He was also very educated on the set I did end up purchasing .I also appreciate his manager for his patience and his attribute to me making my purchase.

I had an outstanding experience working with Taylor at Ashley Furniture. From the moment my wife and I walked in, Taylor made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She listened carefully to what we needed, asked the right questions, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out was Taylor’s product knowledge and honesty. She explained the differences between options clearly, helped me compare features and pricing, and made sure we chose pieces that fit both my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, but Taylor does exactly that. If you’re shopping at Ashley, do yourself a favor and ask for Taylor. You’ll get great service, thoughtful guidance, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Gem was probably the best associate that could've helped my husband and I today. We visited the Fayetteville location on 5/25 looking for a crib. After greeting and talking to us, she let us know there were no cribs in store and there was only a small children's section. We decided to look at this section, but as she explained they didn't have what we were looking for. She offered to grab a computer and look through what was available online for us and we agreed. She helped us navigate the website, and we ended up finding the perfect set. While we didn't order in store with her today, she emailed us the exact set we were looking at so we can easily find it again at a later date. Gem was incredibly kind, and offered us so much advice. She even told us to reach out if we had any further questions. Genuinely the best customer service we have ever received in a long time. Thank you again Gem!

We had the pleasure of working with Ben at this Cary location. We came in looking for a sectional sofa for our home. Ben was fantastic! The perfect balance of being helpful without being pushy. He pointed us in the right direction to check out the many sectional offerings. Once we tried them out, he came to us to get more detail of our likes and dislikes. Asked great questions, and was able to help us narrow down to which sectional met our particular needs. The store is great, plenty of options to choose from. Everyone there were friendly with ready smiles. I can't say enough nice things about Ben. I highly recommend Ben as your salesperson of choice. You will not be disappointed! Thanks, Ben!

Outstanding Experience with Daniel! We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ashley, thanks entirely to our consultant, Daniel. He was exceptionally professional and deeply knowledgeable about every piece of furniture we were interested in. Great experience! Matt Z. was fantastic in helping my husband and I purchase our new couch, chair and ottoman. He showed us a few options and then let us take a look around on our own. When we made a decision he helped walk us through the different set-ups and fabric options. Will be back.

Great experience. Stopped to look at a new bedroom set while on a business trip, and left with everything I needed/wanted to be shipped to my home. Taylor was very patient with me, swapping out different looks to help me find what I wanted. Store also has great clearance items, these just have to be picked up within 48 hours, so if you are going clearance shopping, make sure you have a way to pick up your items. Overall great experience, will definitely be using Ashley furniture from now on!

Purchased a nice fancy electric recliner with the fancy warranty only for the electrical components to randomly stop working 2 months after purchase. 2 months after starting discussion about repair and I can't even get a repair person scheduled, and I was sent repair parts loose in a box so I'm not confident on their condition even when a repair person does show up, just check the video out. At this point I'll take a replacement couch! Mechanical so I never have to go through this again. I need a date for someone to come repair this couch by Feb 20th and I'll up this review to a three star, otherwise this 1 star is here to stay. This has easily been the worst purchase ive made and I wish I had just gotten some Costco or IKEA couch. UPDATE: Minutes after posting this I was able to tentatively get scheduled for 3 days from now. So I'll update to 3 for now. I hope it's not a false promise, but we will see. Update 2: Efficient repair once we had a tech on site. I'll upgrade to 5 star based on this alone, great job Hank, I just ask that Ashley works with the manufacturer to have proper scheduling systems in place in the future. There's no reason to not have dates available in an age of digital calendars.
